plastic water bag, coins, veil

to introduce a visual disturbance into a space and repel mosquitoes, flies, birds, and other intruders, fill a plastic bag with water and coins.
mine is made of 250 LBP and 500 LBP coins that have been idle in my car for over 2 years, and water from the beirut river and the mediterranean sea.
it serves as my scarecrow’s veil.

floating between an economic meltdown and a polluted environment, superstitious beliefs and scientific data, the scarecrow stands tall, serving both as an omen and a protection from the bestial scroungers and capitalist scavengers.
